Aladdin Auditions
Named characters age 17+ Chorus (aged 14+ at time of the first performance) Children who are 14 at the time of the first performance and have not yet completed their GCSEs by the last performance will audition with the adults and, if selected, will form part of our senior children’s cast.

About the event
You may sign up for a maximum of two character parts however you may tick that you are happy to be cast in another role (without needing to audition for it).

The audition day will include group learning of the dance and song. Anyone auditioning for the chorus will do a group audition and then are free to go. People wishing to audition for character parts will then be called into the audition room either individually or in small groups (due to the dialogue being between multiple people).
Twanky, Aladdin, Abanaza, Coco and Jasmin all need to bring a solo song (with a backing track on your phone) to perform at audition that is no longer than 1.5 minutes.
